Our professional staff, led by our Medical Director, consists of attending physicians,
physical, occupational and speech therapists, nursing staff, Activities Director, care
plan coordinators and social workers. Specialty medical services are also provided
on-site as needed.

	The assisted living program at McCrea Manor involves all aspects of an individual’s life – family, friends, activities and the world at large. Our assisted living programs are designed to provide help with both the anticipated and unanticipated needs of our residents . Personalized support services provide help with day-to-day activities while promoting a sense of dignity and optimal independence. And since care is provided only at the level it is required, assisted living offers a lower cost alternative to traditional nursing home placement. Our assisted living services include:

Rehabilitation Services
	The goal of rehabilitation services is to help residents regain their strength and independence following a major health event or lengthy hospital stay. Individuals receive interdisciplinary care designed to meet their particular needs. When the time is right, rehabilitation services transition to restorative services as we test the durability of newly acquired skills and help residents continue to improve stamina. We strive to involve at-home caretakers to prepare them to support the resident after discharge. We can also make in-home visits to identify and remediate any barriers that might present challenges to an individual’s ability to fully function independently within the home setting.
